37 Years Designing, Crafting and Restoring Jewelry & Art Metal
While attending Lock Haven State College (Now LHU) as an
fine art student in 1975, I was required to take an elective in basic jewelry to fullfill my degree requirements. As it happened,
under the the patient guidence of Naomi Shuey, I found what would become my career in metalsmithing....
After receiving my BA in 1976 from LHSC, I worked
jointly as an independent silversmith,a part time musician and musical instrument sales consultant and it was during this period... of little equipment and seemingly unlimited
time... that I honed my basic metalworking skills and learned how best to exploit the technology at my disposal... In
1982 I was approached by the Rinella family, owners of ADDIE'S Gifts & Jewelry and asked to join the jewelry sales and
repair department to which I happily accepted...Since then I have increased my gold working skills immensely as well
as augmenting my knowledge of gemstones and emmerging technologies....and after thousands of handwrought pieces....

My hours at Addie's are... Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM... Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.... and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
